Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.
To initiate a return, log in to your customer account and fill out a return request, or you can contact us at info@tnsky.cz.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. The returned goods must be sent to a Zásilkovna pickup point or a specified address.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the purchased product and, after approval, make a new separate purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the payment. If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@tnsky.cz.

Complaints do not cover items damaged due to improper handling or excessive use.
